As per UK consumer law, if you would like to return an item please let us know via email at email@example.com or phone 07938 188 388, within 14 days of purchase. Returns must be delivered to us within 28 days of initial receipt.
Returning items will be at the customers cost, unless faulty goods have been received. Please contact us for a return address and ensure to receive proof of posting and appropriate cover if the item is lost in transit.
We accept returns if you make an error while ordering and return the item to us in an unopened, undamaged and resalable condition.
If your product(s) arrive damaged, are faulty or are lost in the post, we will do our best to replace them or offer a refund as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
